Radiological parameters after LLIF for adjacent-level disease treatment

OBJECTIVE: To analyze the radiological outcomes of using LLIF technique to treat adjacent-level disease. METHODS: Patients undergoing surgery for treatment adjacent level disease, with preoperative radiography and postoperative at 3 months 1 year follow-up, who had completed informed consent form were included. whose radiographs did not allow measurements proposed in study be performed excluded. The following analyzed: pelvic incidence, version, sacral tilt, lumbar lordosis, segmental lordosis on radiographs. RESULTS: 37 patients included (16 women 21 men) this study. most frequently addressed levels L3L4 (20) L2L3 (14). an average 4.9° (±4.2°) gain level, whereas they 6.7° (±7.3°) correction (p<0.05). CONCLUSION: use disease can significantly improve several spinopelvic parameters lordosis.
